Returns, or exchanges
No Refunds
Due to the nature of digital products, we do not provide refunds for:
- Accidental purchases
- Change of mind
- Purchasing the wrong workbook
- Failure to read the product description before purchasing
- Lack of compatibility with your preferred device or software (where product requirements have been clearly stated)
Please review the product description carefully before completing your purchase.
Exceptions
A refund or replacement may be considered only in the following circumstances:
- You were charged more than once for the same purchase.
- The file you received is corrupted or cannot be downloaded, and we are unable to provide a working replacement within a reasonable timeframe.
If you experience a technical issue, please contact us and we will make every reasonable effort to resolve the problem.
